Issue with IPv6 configuration on new web server fixed

When the migration over to the new Web VPS was done, I forgot to configure IPv6…which resulted in some carriers/ISPs not being able to connect to any of my websites. I had DNS pointing to an IPv6 address, but my server wasn’t configured to accept connections on that address.

I was able to determine this issue affected anyone on AT&T cellular in the US (and likely other ISPs/carriers). Verizon in the US was fine, as they have some form of 6-to-4 backwards compatibility. Additionally, the IPv6 detector didn’t work right, as all connections were IPv4.

This issue has been resolved, and everything is working.
